†Prices shown are for medication only, if prescribed. They are the manufacturers' own self-pay cash prices — the same ones NovoCare® and LillyDirect® publish — and Dario adds nothing to them. An active Dario Weight membership is required and is billed separately; it starts at $39 for your first month and auto-renews, with lower monthly rates on longer terms. Membership does not include or guarantee a prescription, and medication is not available without one. Your dose and final price are set by your prescriber.

Exactly what your pharmacy would hand you
Every prescription Dario fills is an FDA-approved medication from Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly, dispensed by a US-licensed pharmacy in its original sealed manufacturer packaging, written by a clinician licensed in your state. Same medicine, same NDC, same cold chain.

It is the identical product — same manufacturer, same NDC, sealed packaging — filled by a US-licensed pharmacy and shipped to your door.
The manufacturers set a self-pay cash price and Dario passes it straight through. Your membership buys the clinical care and the programme around it.
We check before you pay cash. If your plan covers it, your provider sends the prescription to your own pharmacy and you keep the membership.
No. Devices are optional add-ons, sold separately and yours to keep. Most people add one because it is what lets the care team act between visits.
You are not charged. Where a GLP-1 is not the right call, your provider says so and points you to care that is.
